Being new to bird watching/feeding, I found the staff to be nice but not too knowledgeable on the subject. Good array of stuff to choose from though, but pretty pricey.

They've always been extremely helpful staff for picking out items, recommending feeds, and also carrying items out to my car.

Absolutely fantastic bird store! The staff are super knowledgeable and incredibly friendly — they took the time to answer all our questions and helped us find everything we needed to set up our backyard feeding station. Great selection and top-notch customer service. Highly recommend!

She was very sweet and helpful. She even gave me a discount just because my roommate is a senior citizen. Veterans are also given a discount, or anyone who lives with a veteran or senior citizen would get a discount. Since I biked there, she also gave me a bag to hold my purchases. Excited for the cheep cheeps to try the food I purchased here when I feed them tomorrow

They have most everything you need to support the feeding of wild birds. The system I'm using is over 20 years old, and the birds are quite happy!
